To better serve our existing and potential customers, our goal is to have a pipeline of Independent Contractors in various fields ready to perform projects in an efficient manner, while focusing on quality and superb customer service.

The information regarding your firm will be kept in the strictest confidence and will be used only as a basis for evaluating your firm and your compatibility with the projects in which we will be engaged.

Please indicate on the form the types of contracting in which you are engaged and the geographic areas in which you work. The listing of work references and accurate indication of bonding capacity are very important.

Your completed Independent Contractor Qualification Forms will be kept on file, and will be considered when we are bidding new projects that require your specialty. Some of our clients and their architects may participate jointly with us in the selection of bid sources, and judgments do vary as to selection.
