Since 2007, JT Harris Construction has dedicated itself to providing quality design, building, renovations, and remodeling to both the residential and commercial up-fit markets. Our goal is a positive customer experience no matter what project we tackle for you.

When we began in the construction industry, we focused on redevelopment of residential areas. In transitional neighborhoods or communities, we bought older homes in need of repair or renovation, perform all necessary work, and then sold them again. Each home received multiple upgrades and improvements. This business model quickly transformed into a focus on new building projects, and even whole subdivisions.

Our focus on residential projects expanded to include commercial renovations as well with a focus on companies that provide temporary lodgings such as hotels, motels, and inns. Now, we also offer professional inspections for owners who need to get HUD REAC inspections on their properties.

JT Harris Construction began and remains in the Charlotte, NC and has expanded to the Washington, NC, and Greenville, NC areas. We not only build and renovate homes, we also help new or hopeful homeowners through the process. Both home ownership and financial literacy classes are offered for anyone who would like to learn more about the costs and responsibilities of becoming a homeowner.
