Since 2007, JT Harris Construction has dedicated itself to providing quality design, building, renovations, and remodeling to both the residential and commercial up-fit markets. Our goal is to ensure every project we take on delivers not only quality results but also a positive experience for you from start to finish.
When we first entered the construction industry, our focus was on the redevelopment of residential areas. In transitional neighborhoods and communities, we purchased older homes in need of repair, completed all necessary renovations, and brought them back to life with modern upgrades and improvements before placing them back on the market.
As our expertise and reputation grew, this business model naturally evolved into larger-scale projects—shifting our focus toward new construction, custom builds, and eventually the development of entire subdivisions.
Our focus on residential projects expanded to include commercial renovations as well with a focus on companies that provide temporary lodgings such as hotels, motels, and inns. Now, we also offer professional inspections for owners who need to get HUD REAC inspections on their properties.
Founded in Charlotte, NC, our company has remained rooted in the community while expanding our services to Washington, NC, and Greenville, NC. We do more than build and renovate homes—we guide new and hopeful homeowners through every step of the process. To further support our community, we offer homeownership and financial literacy classes for anyone interested in learning more about the costs and responsibilities of owning a home.
